Rocky Mountain Services (formerly Rocky Mountain Painters Ltd.) has served Fernie and the Elk Valley since 2008 (500+ projects) and is hiring a General Labourer & Painter to join the crew.
What you'll do:
• Prep surfaces: pressure washing (TSP), scraping, sanding, filling, caulking and masking.
• Interior and exterior painting and staining with brush, roller and sprayer; siding repair and replacement, and window cleaning.
• Load, transport and set up ladders, drop sheets, tools and materials.
• Keep job sites clean, organized and safe; clean brushes, rollers and equipment at day end.
• Take direction from the lead painter and communicate progress and blockers.
What we're looking for:
• Reliable, physically fit and comfortable working on ladders, lifts and at heights — safety comes first on every site.
• No experience necessary — we will train you. Painting or general labour experience is an asset.
• Valid driver's licence is an asset.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
